Adult Changing Table
Fiserv Forum has an adjustable-height adult changing table available to any guest needing this accommodation. The adult changing table is located in the Wellness Room behind Section 113.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Please visit First Aid rooms by Section 109 on the Main Concourse or Section 212 on the Upper Concourse.
Airports
Fiserv Forum and the City of Milwaukee are served by General Mitchell Airport, which is a quick, 15 minute drive from downtown.
Alcohol Policies
Fiserv Forum and all of its partners strive to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below:
- Any person purchasing alcohol must have a valid I.D. present and must be 21 years of age or older.
- Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of Fiserv Forum.
- The sale of alcohol is limited to two per guest per purchase, with all sales in all areas ceasing at the end of the 3rd quarter for Bucks games and ten minutes into the second half for college basketball games. Any changes to alcohol cutoff time may be made, without notice and at the discretion of Fiserv Forum.
- Fiserv Forum reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at its discretion.
All Gender Restrooms
There are 14 All-Gender, single occupancy restrooms throughout the building. These can be found in the following areas:
- Event level near the Southeast Tunnel
- Northeast corner of the Jockey Club
- Outside Sections: 103, 109, 114, 120, 213, 217, and 226
- Outside Suites 1, 17, 21, and across from the Media Suite
- In the Potawatomi Club
Arena Entrances
There are four main points of entrance into Fiserv Forum:
- Atrium: Located on the east side of the building, next to the Plaza
- Skybridge: Connects the Main Concourse (by Section 113) to the third level of the 5th St. Parking Structure off West McKinley Ave
- Johnson Controls Entrance: Located at the northwest corner of the building near Section 112, at the intersection of North 6th Street and West Juneau Ave
- BMO Entrance: Located at the northeast corner of the building, at the intersection of Juneau Ave and Vel R. Phillips Ave
- This entrance is exclusive for premium ticket holders, guests needing ADA accommodation (along with their party), VIPs and special groups/individuals depending on the event

Baby Changing Stations

Bag Policy
There is a NO BAG policy at Fiserv Forum. Wallets smaller than 4” x 6” x 1” are permitted. Exceptions to this policy are diaper bags and bags needed due to medical necessity, which will need to be x-rayed by security.

Banners & Signs
Large banners, flags or signs cannot exceed 11” x 17”. Any banners or signs that exceed those restrictions will be confiscated. Fiserv Forum Management reserves the right to confiscate any signage displaying content deemed to be inappropriate. Poles, sticks, or dowels used to hold banners, signs, or flags will not be permitted.

Bucks Foundation
The centerpiece of the Bucks’ commitment to the community is the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation, which launched in the summer of 2016 and centers on providing financial support to nonprofits across the state in the areas of youth education, youth health and wellness, community betterment and mentoring.

Camera Policy
Unless otherwise specified by the teams and/or event officials & management, guests may not bring professional photographic equipment into Fiserv Forum. Guests are prohibited from engaging in commercial photography of any kind without the prior approval of Fiserv Forum Management.

- Cameras with interchangeable lenses
- Cameras with lenses greater than 3 ½ inches in length
Teams and/or event officials & management may have additional rules further restricting or prohibiting photography for specific events.
Charitable Donations
Children and Tickets
For all Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Golden Eagles games, children under 2 years of age are not required to have their own ticket if they are sitting on the lap of a ticketed adult.

Clubs
BMO Club
The BMO Event Level Club is an exclusive club, reserved for those who purchase tickets in the first four rows of seating. Providing an awesome opportunity to socialize with other courtside members, the BMO Event Level Club features all-inclusive food & beverage options and a behind-the-scenes opportunity to see the Bucks players enter and exit the court.
Jockey Club
Located on the east end of the Mezzanine Level (2nd floor), the Jockey Club is reserved for guests with tickets in rows 1-8 of Sections 105, 106, 107, 116, 117, and 118. It is also accessible to guests with access to the BMO Club, Suites, and West Bend Lofts. The Jockey Club offers elevated arena fare and bar areas in an upscale lounge atmosphere, overlooking the Atrium and the Plaza.
West Bend Lofts
Located on the east end of the Suite Level, the West Bend Lofts are reserved for guests who have purchased a Loft for an event.
The West Bend Lofts offer a high-end, all-inclusive dining experience in addition to plush seating and a premium view of the entertainment.
Club Lounges
Located on the west end of the Suite Level, the Club Lounges are available for purchase by groups on a per-event basis. There are six Club Lounges (A-F) that can be reserved individually or in combination with one another.

Potawatomi Club
Located in the northeast corner of the arena, on the Sky Mezzanine level (6th floor), the Potawatomi Club offers lounge-style seating, a full bar and concession stand, and a balcony with stunning views of downtown Milwaukee.
Ideal for private events, the Potawatomi Club is currently accessible to all guests during Bucks games. Accessibility and timing may vary for non-Bucks events.

Code of Conduct for Fiserv Forum Guests
The National Basketball Association, the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum personnel are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA fans and guests of other events at Fiserv Forum have a right to expect an environment where:

Players and performers respect and appreciate each and every fan

Guests will enjoy the basketball and event experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested
- Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court, stage, or other performance area will be immediately ejected from Fiserv Forum
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Fiserv Forum, on the Plaza, or on sidewalks directly adjacent to Fiserv Forum
- Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted
- Guests will comply with requests from Fiserv Forum staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures
The Fiserv Forum staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and revocation of their season tickets. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Credit/Debit Cards
BMO is the Official Bank of the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted at all ATMs, ticketing, food and retail locations.
Credit Cards are the only accepted form of payment in Suites and Club Lounges. They are also accepted for in-seat service. A photo ID may be required with any credit card purchase.
Cash to card machines are located in the Ticket Office, Bucks Pro Shop and at Sections 104, 119 and 219.

Digital Tickets
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be reused by another Guest. Guests assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Ticket Office or officially licensed secondary market sources. Fiserv Forum staff are trained to identify screenshots, which are not permitted for access to any location. For ease of access throughout Fiserv Forum, all guests are encouraged to transfer tickets to each member of their party prior to entering the building. Guest Policies
To maintain the highest quality of experience for all of its guests, Fiserv Forum upholds the following guest behavior policies:
- While respecting and encouraging the passion of our guests, profane or aggressive language, cheers, or taunts are not permitted. Additionally, Guests are not permitted to enter with clothing or signage that clearly displays any obscene or offensive messages.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside Fiserv Forum. This includes the smoking of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers.
- Once a guests has successfully scanned their ticket for entry into Fiserv Forum, the guest will not be permitted to exit the building and reenter. Certain reasonable exceptions to this policy may only be made at the discretion of Fiserv Forum Management or a Gate Supervisor.
- To ensure the integrity of seating sections and premium spaces, guests may only sit in seats for which they have a ticket. Guests will be asked to present their ticket upon each entry into any seating area. If a guest is given a wristband associated with a premium space, they may simply present the wristband for access to that space.
- Guests who wish to access a seating section will be asked to wait to proceed to their seats until there is a stoppage of play. This policy will apply primarily to sporting events; policies regarding other entertainment events will vary.
- For the enjoyment of all in attendance, Fiserv Forum asks that guests refrain from standing for excessive periods of time unless the context of the event clearly warrants it. If Fiserv Forum staff feel that a guest is standing excessively and it negatively affects the experience of other guests in the vicinity, they will ask the standing guest(s) to sit.
- During the performance of the National Anthem, we ask that all staff and guests restrict their movement in the seating bowl and the concourses.

Kids Zone
Kohl’s Court is the family activity center located on the Main Concourse in the northeast corner of Fiserv Forum. The amenities include an oversized basketball hoop for photo opportunities, Bucks replica lockers, a DJ and a number of other family friendly activities.

Lost Children/Individuals
For a lost or missing person please notify the nearest Fiserv Forum staff member or go to the nearest Guest Concierge Desk. Upon arrival to Fiserv Forum, guests with children are encouraged to proceed to the Guest Concierge Desk to fill out a Buddy Band (a child wristband) with name and seat location as well as a phone number, so that a children and guardians may be quickly reunited.
Lost and Found
Guests who have lost an item during an event are encouraged to visit one of the Guest Concierge Desks located within Fiserv Forum. Items that have been found during events will be temporarily stored in those locations.

Mascot Appearances
Bango has been entertaining Bucks fans since 1977 with his high-flying acrobatic dunks, daring stunts and funny antics. When Bango is not flipping around Fiserv Forum he's busy making over 250 appearances in the Milwaukee community every year. To request Bango for a community event visit bucks.com/bango.
Masks
- Fiserv Forum will follow CDC guidelines in Milwaukee County which state that if you are at high risk for severe illness you should talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask. Otherwise, fans can choose whether to wear a mask in Fiserv Forum. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines based on COVID-19 community levels and adjust our policies as recommended.

The Atrium Bucks Pro Shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 11-6 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There are four Milwaukee Bucks Pro Shops located inside Fiserv Forum Open during Milwaukee Bucks home games.

Fiserv Forum has seven Wellness Rooms. These single-occupancy, lockable rooms feature furniture, a sink, and a baby-changing table. They are located at:
- Main Concourse behind Sections 104, 113, and 120

- Upper Concourse behind Section 217 and 227
To access these rooms please contact the closest Guest Concierge Desk (located at Sections 109 and 212) or Guest Experience Supervisor. Guests may also visit the nearest First Aid Station.

Premium Seating Information
Suites
Located on the Suite Level, Suites are the ultimate premium experience to entertain your guests in the most intimate setting. Enjoy the game, concert, or show from an outstanding vantage point.
These private suites accommodate 12 to 26 guests, provide a dedicated premium account manager, premium menu from signature chefs, and dedicated suite attendants.
West Bend Lofts
Located on the east side of the Suite Level overlooking the main atrium. It offers a picture-perfect view for basketball games, concerts and special events. These plush and private seats accommodate 4-8 guests and include a reserved dining table for your all-inclusive upscale dining experience.
The West Bend Lofts offer private loft seating space, all-inclusive high-end dinner & beverages, reserved dining tables, and direct view of the court/stage.
Tower Lounge
A private party room located on southeast corner of the Upper Concourse, providing the opportunity to entertain your best guests in an intimate and exclusive setting with upscale amenities.
Offers premium food & beverage options, dedicated service attendant, upscale furniture, multiple televisions, and a kitchenette.
Tower Club
Located on southeast corner of the exclusive Suite Level, the Tower Club provides the ultimate setting to interact with other members of the club while also enjoying Bucks and Marquette basketball. With plenty of elbow room, the Tower Club features the amenities of a luxury suite and all-inclusive gastro-pub fare.
The Tower Club provides plush, suite-style seating with a panoramic view of the court. An all-inclusive, gastro-pub fare and a dedicated service staff are at your service.
Loge Tables
Dine with your guests and soak in the atmosphere with a private, four-person loge table. Located on the Main Concourse behind sections 120, 121, 102, and 103, Loge Tables feature comfortable bar-style seating and fantastic sightlines for basketball games, concerts and special events.
The Loge Tables offer a private VIP table with great views of the court, and provide all-inclusive, in-seat food & beverage with small plate concession items served quarterly.
Northwestern Mutual Club Lounges
Located on the suite level, the Northwestern Mutual Club Lounges are perfect for entertaining groups of all sizes. This customizable space offers a superb view of the arena in an ideal setting for client, employee and family outings. The Club Lounges can be sold as a single unit perfect for groups of 10 to 32, or as a fully private space accommodating 192 guests.

Prohibited items may differ depending on the specific event day restriction. Fiserv Forum is unable to store any prohibited items and guests will be asked to return such items to their vehicles. The following the items are always restricted from entering Fiserv Forum:
- Weapons of any type (firearm/ammo, knives of all sizes, bats, clubs, and scissors)
- No open or concealed weapons/firearms, except in your locked motor vehicle
- Explosives / fireworks
- Self-Defense Sprays (OC, Pepper Spray and Mace)
- Aerosol cans
- Brooms/broomsticks, selfie sticks, poles, and tripods
- Laser pointers
- iPads, tablets, and laptops
- Large banners or flags signs (over 11” x 17”)
- Backpacks, oversized bags, suitcases, and hard-sided bags of any kind
- Food or drink of any kind (exception: medical, with previous approval by Fiserv Forum)

- Masks of any kind (without authorization of Fiserv Forum)

- Professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens or lens that extends further than 3 inches), audio & video recording equipment, tablets and selfie sticks are not allowed. Standard point-and-shoot "pocket" cameras may or may not be prohibited depending upon event restrictions.

Recording Devices
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring any types of audio/video recording devices into Fiserv Forum. These devices include, but are not limited to, video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc. For certain shows, recording of any type – including on a mobile cellular device – will be strictly prohibited.
Re-Entry Policy
Individuals who leave Fiserv Forum during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry unless with the use of an unused/unscanned ticket. Exceptions to this policy may be made in certain, reasonable circumstances at the discretion of Fiserv Forum Management or a Gate Supervisor.

Scoreboard & Messages
The Bucks do take requests for feature messages such as a birthdays, groups, or anniversaries during a game. These messages will appear after the halftime performance and must be requested four full business days prior to the game. To display these messages, we ask for a $25.00 donation to the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation. Scoreboard requests may be submitted to www.nba.com/bucks/scoreboard.

Sensory Rooms
Fiserv Forum features spaces specially designed for guests with developmental disabilities who need a quiet space during events. These Sensory Rooms feature soft carpeting, tactile wall hangings, and comfortable furniture. Smoking Policy
Fiserv Forum is part of a non-smoking neighborhood. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the facility and anywhere on property, including the Plaza.
Solicitation
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on the arena premises, including the parking structures, is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.
Stairs
Stairs are located in the four corners of Fiserv Forum. In case of emergency, please use these stairs instead of elevators and escalators.

Ticketmaster Box Office
Located at the northeast corner of the Event Level, directly adjacent to the Atrium and the Plaza.
Hours of Operation:
- The Ticketmaster Box Office is open on event days from 12:00pm (or 3 hours prior to event, whichever is earliest) until approximately 1 hour into the event, and on Saturdays from 12:00pm until 4:00pm.
- The Ticket Office is closed on non-event weekdays and Sundays.
- Questions can be directed to (414) 227-0511 during open hours.
Guests assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Ticket Office or officially licensed secondary market sources.
Will Call tickets can be picked up on the day of the event only at the Ticket Office, located at the northeast corner of the Arena. PLEASE NOTE: In order to pick up your tickets, you must be present with a valid photo ID. Pick-up restrictions may apply and can vary by event.
